Q: How soon can I start using Your Connexion Services?
A: Once payment is made for your membership, you are automatically given an exclusive member number and you can start using Your Connexion immediately!

Q: How will I know when my packages arrive?
A: You will be notified via E-mail when your package is received by Your Connexion. This e-mail will advise you when to expect your package(s) at final destination.

Q: What can delay my packages?
A: All packages and materials need to be accompanied by an invoice; failure to provide an invoice will delay your process.

Q: Can I return my purchases?
A: YC doesn't assume any responsibility for products that need to be returned. We kindly request that you confirm your items prior to purchasing in order to avoid the need to return your merchandise.

Q: How are my packages send?
A: In order to ensure prompt delivery, all packages are sent via air. In case packages exceed measure specifications, additional rates according to dimensions may apply and the shipment can be sent via ocean freight.

Q: How can I pay for my shipping charges?
A: When Your Connexion receives your merchandise in the USA, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your package(s) have been received. This E-mail will also advise you date of shipment, weight and shipping charges. You can expedite the process by accessing our website and conveniently pay your shipping charges on line. You may also pay shipping and custom duties upon delivery or pick up.

Q: What about Custom duties?
A: In order to expedite the process, Your Connexion will pay your customs duties in advance and you pay these duties upon pick up or delivery. In certain cases, and for some products, Your Connexion will ask you to prepay Customs duties prior to Customs clearance. You can find more information on duties at Duoane.

Q: What is included within the packing service?
A: Your Connexion will pick up your merchandise and will pack it according to industry standards; we will use packing materials such as extra boxes, bubble wraps, tapes, labels etc.

Q: My shipment is a little oversize, how is this charged and handled?

A: Shipping charges for oversize and overweight shipments are based on the actual or the dimensional weight of the shipment, whichever is greater. Dimensional weight is determined by the standardized formula below.
Dimensional Weight Formula:
Weight in lbs. = [ Length" x Width" x Height" ] / 166
